NZ How long will it take for my order to arrive
New Zealand orders are usually overnight except for weekends. Rural deliveries can take an extra 1-2 days.

AUS How long will it take for my order to arrive
DHL EXPRESS - Australian orders 1-3 business days for metro and an additional 1-3 business days for rural.
REGULAR POST - Australian orders by NZ Post & AusPost 10 - 15 business days.

How do I track my order
NZ - Your Courier Post tracking number will be emailed to you once your jeans have been shipped. You can track their progress via the link included in your email.
AUSYour DHL EXPRESS tracking number will be emailed to you once your jeans have been shipped. You can track progress via the link included in your email.
AUS - Regular shipping. Your NZ Post/AusPost tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

Can I cancel or change my order
Unfortunately not once your order has been packed. Email us at info@junkfoodjeans.co.nz and we will see what stage your order is at.

How do i return my jeans for a refund or exchange
Please send them back to us along with a returns form inside your returned parcel. Our return address is in the top right hand corner of the returns form.
Please include your name at the top and let us know your preference for a refund or exchange. If you would like an exchange, include the style name, colour and size of the preferred item you would like. 

Where can I get a returns form
When you make your order we include a returns form inside the parcel, incase you need to return your item or you can download one to print at the bottom of our returns page at the bottom of our website.

How long will it take for my refund, store credit or exchange to be processed
Once we receive your returned parcel we aim to process it within 3 working days. A little longer during public holidays.

Can i get a refund if i change my mind 
Yes we can provide a refund, store credit or an exchange provided all of the returns conditions are met.

NZ, My jeans are not the right size can I send them back for an exchange
Yes provided they are full priced styles and meet all of the returns conditions. 

AUS, My jeans are not the right size can I send them back for an exchange
Unfortunately no exchanges to AUS. Please return them for a refund and re-purchase the size you require.

Can you exchange my jeans I bought on sale
No, unfortunately we are not able to exchange sale items. Please return them for a refund and re-purchase the size you require.

I would like a refund, will my original $6.95 shipping also be refunded
No, we retain your original $6.95 shipping but will refund you the full purchase price
you paid provided all of the returns conditions are met. 

I meet all returns conditions but I washed my jeans, can they still be returned
No, once washed your jeans, shorts, skirts, jackets cannot be sold as new.

My jeans are faulty what should i do
Please send them back to us, include your returns form explaining the problem and we can check the fault for you. If its a manufacturing fault we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to find a remedy within a reasonable time frame. If your jeans are deemed faulty your $6.40 return shipping will be refunded.

What are your washing instructions
All of our products have detailed washing instructions sewn into the waistband of each garment. Please follow these instructions to avoid damage or problems with your new jeans.

I put my jeans in the drier and now they are faulty can i get a new pair
No, we recommend that you air dry your jeans inside out and out of direct sunlight. Driers can caused button, fabric and zip damage and may shrink certain denims.

I need to return my jeans who pays the return shipping
Return shipping is at your own cost, however if we are sending you an exchanged item, we will pay the shipping to get these back to you.
